It's right in the city center, close to the sea, close to the casino, museums, restaurants, parks, theater etc The building is interesting and it had one of the most iconic graffiti on its walls. Offers free parking, the heating works fine, from the top floors you can also see the sea, and Ruxandra is very nice and helpful. The room was big, there's a balcony, enough drawers, coffee & sweets for free❤️ We only stayed for one night, but we'd like to go back.

Nothing in particular, but it doesn't have an elevator. People with mobility issues might want to be accommodated on the first floor.

Great location and great host! She's so friendly, Ruxana. She told us about vouchers, in the "lobby" which gave us 50% off on the sunbeds on Plaja Modern (10 mins walk). She also lent us "medicine alcohol" for a wound. The apartment had AC, a fridge and a nice balcony facing the alley that takes you up to the main street (Bulevardul Tomis) of the area. Next time I might try to book the 1st floor to get fewer steps to climb, even though it (of course) is good exercise :) The building was easy to reach with Bolt and is easily recognizable thanks to the gigantic 'Clan of the Cave Bear'-looking mural painting, on the side of it. Two minutes walk from the main street with its shops, cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc.

With the heat of Romania in July, temperature indoors will be an issue if a plastic card is needed to keep the AC alive. Luckily it was possible to put a random card in the "pocket" and keep the machine running that way.

The spacious room for 3 people, the exceptional location, very close to the beach, to the old town and to the Casino. And the owner is very helpful, trying to solve all the problems.
