Studio apartment for exclusive use. Located in a very quiet area on 2 acres.
Strathalbyn CBD is 2.5km - hotels, cafe's, supermarket, tourist information etc. Langhorne Creek (wine region) 15km.
Idea stopover if travelling Melbourne-Adelaide incorporating Great Ocean Road and Kangaroo Island
Double bed (Queen size) with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
A queen sofabed is available in the lounge area.

Host Marcus and Coleen are very helpful and kind place is clean and has got all you need, pretty private place, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at Balavil. Marcus is friendly, kind and helpful. The property is spacious, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked, including a generous, thoughtful goodie basket on arrival. All set in beautiful grounds, with lots of birdlife and nature. We had a lovely stay & really appreciated your welcoming, homely atmosphere. Thanks Marcus, Rey and family for sharing your sanctuary with us.
