Beautiful Ground Floor, Seaside Studio Flat

Absolutely wonderful location. The apartment open straight onto the beach (with just a fence and a gate inbetween). The beach is perfect for swimming and not bad for snorkeling, quite protected by a reef (there are some corals around). The apartment itself is wonderful and very well equipped with everything you might need -- any and all appliances, pots and pans, etc etc. Even snorkeling gear to borrow! And very nice to be able to switch the AC on at night. The ceiling fans are more than sufficient during the day. Pasquale is a great host and reached out with all kinds of useful tips etc. Even though he was in Paris, he was very responsive to messages and always available if I had any questions. He also speaks English well. Very highly recommended!

There were some mosquitos -- but of course that's unavoidable in the tropics. Pasquale has great tips on how to deal with them. There are also anti-mosie candles available in the apartment and they do help.

We really enjoyed our nearly 2 weeks stay. The flat has everything you need: aircon, fans, an equipped kitchen, a lot of towels and most important: a big comfortable bed. It was lovely to sit on the veranda with a cooling breeze around all the time. The beach in front is quite nice, but as we are no surfers the waves were too high for us most of the time and for easier swimming we drove to other beaches. Pasquale was very friendly and tried to fix everything that did not function at once. The programs of the TV did not work, but for us that was no pronlem as we had a laptop and WiFi. Pasquale was a very caring host and offered us many many information on Guadeloupe.
