About this house rental
Quietly located house in a dead end with small enclosed garden, located 400 meters from the city center, 600 meters from the sea with ports and Gujan beach, 5 km from the large Hume beach, 9 km from 'Arcachon and 11 km from the magnificent ocean beaches without forgetting the proximity of Biscarosse and its lake or Cap Ferré easily accessible by water taxi from Arcachon.
Clarification: this rental is only available for rentals from Saturday to Saturday and the electricity / water consumption is not included and will be taken to the meter
You can choose between the ocean, Lake Cazaux / Biscarosse or the Arcachon basin for swimming. You can also travel either by bus (1 euro per day at 80 meters) or by bicycle (rentals) as there are many cycle paths in the region. Fans of parties and shows will not be disappointed (Feasts of sardines, Larrostréa, Open-air opera, Larros, sardinades, Gujan Mestras in festivals.)
Wi-fi available in the house.
New in 2018: the bedding and the living room have been replaced following one or two assessments which advised him.
Other possible activities: Aqualand, Tree climbing, Golf, Surfing, Bowling, equestrian center, tennis, Casino.
Very nice and cool independent house in the shade of a large catalpa with outdoor garden furniture and efficient barbecue. Quiet house with no road or train noise. Animals are welcome in a well-kept and well-kept garden.
You can return your vehicle (s) to the shelter in the garden behind the automatic gate.
Our animal friends are welcome in the enclosed garden.

Franchement nous avons l'habitude de louer des maisons, et celle-ci fera partie de nos coups de cœur ! Maison très agréable, bien équipée, à la fois proche de tout et "retirée". Un havre de paix à 15 mn de tout .... et surtout des chiens acceptés dans un jardin sécurisé et avec de jolies balades à moins de 5 mn. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Sympathique maison, bien équipée avec un agréable jardin, située dans une impasse.

Une semaine de vacances parfaite dans une maison très propre, très calme et très fonctionnelle bravo au propriétaire pour la douche extra avec musique ... Merci à l'accueil à l'arrivée et aux infos communiquées pour trouver poissons et fruits de mer. Gujan est idéalement placée, plus calme qu'Arcachon mais près de tous les endroits où se balader. Et nous confirmons que le jardin en juin est très bien entretenu et le Catalpa parfait pour abriter du soleil...ou des petites averses...Et jardin parfaitement clôturé, très apprécié par notre petit chien.
