About this cottage rental
In a quiet lane of La Noue and in an orchard of 4000m², we welcome you 250 meters from the sea (beach supervised in summer) and 5 minutes walk from the village center (400m - Place des tilleuls ) where you can find all the useful shops and the daily market.
To recharge your batteries with two, with friends or family, we offer you freshly renovated accommodation at a low price of 25m² of living space with a small bedroom with double bed or bunk beds (imperative to be specified during an information request before the reservation request) , fully furnished and equipped with new equipment, great cleanliness (dishes, bedding, etc.) integrated in a set of 6 independent accommodation on one level with terraces, in an enclosed orchard, where there is absolute calm. For your comfort, you will have free and unlimited WIFI access to use the internet during your stay and free laundry (LL & SL).
The rates are DEGRESSIVE from the 2nd week! € 250 = € 450 / € 290 = € 550 / € 380 = € 700 / € 550 = € 1,025

Logement très fonctionnel dans un ensemble comportant 6 locations . Il y toutes les commodités ( lave linge, sèche linge, dans un local commun, 2 garages à vélos. etc, etc....) Tous les logements sont en rez de jardin avec une cour et une terrasse closes par des haies et le tout au milieuu d 'un vaste verger dans lequel il y a des accesdoures ludiques pour enfants. Le centre ville est à 300 mètres, la plage à 250 mètres ( baignade à marée haute plus accessible qu à marée basse ). Le propriétaire est charmant, accueillant, disponible et bienveillant.

meuble propre bien equipe disposant d'un magnifique verger tres bien adapte pour nos compagnons a 4 pattes .excellent acceuil de mr guilbon , tres prevenant vis a vis de ses locataires. a recommander sans moderation.

Logement fonctionnel et confortable. Nous avons par ailleurs été très bien accueillis, la situation est parfaite pour partir à la découverte de l'île.
