Modern, new and close to lake

Nice quiet neighborhood in the heart of Lake Oswego by the lake. We came for our tennis sectionals. 5 of us ladies. 4 wanted their own bedroom. But the office is a seperate room with a very comfortable leather type sofa (don't know if it folds open. But good for one person. Note: the 1/2 bathroom descripion is wrong, it is on the main floor (by the office and one of the bedrooms.), but it is only a toilet and sink. Both bathrooms are upstairs, one in the master, and one in the hall for easy access. Laundry upstairs too and has utility sink. Kitchen has quite a bit of pots, pans, utensils. Need a few more serving type bowls and plates, but we got creative. There was at least one decent knife . I brought my own a toaster oven ... that was very helpful for our type of breakfasts we needed. Description does not mention a BBQ Grill but there is one and it worked great. The living room (photo needs to be updated) has wrap around sofa and chair and hassock on stair wall now. Living room, dining room and kitchen is open concept . Living room is lots of comfy seating to sit and talk or watch TV. The eating table is roomy and people in the kitchen still part of all the conversations. Large spacious island for added workspace, serving area for your food and stools. This house may not be a party house but it was perfect for us to hang out, laugh with each other, and have a peaceful night of sleep in this quiet neighboorhood. The beds were not as comfortable but nice bedrooms per my housemates... my office sofa was for me! lol (I drove so I did bring my own flat sheet, pillow and blanket so I knew I would sleep well). Sanela was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely stay at this home again!

Pretty house a short drive from downtown Lake Oswego

The house is super nice/new but there was a thick layer of dust and cobwebs, master bath rugs dirty/bleach drips, and bedding was sub par. And being asked to pack out used toilet paper after bowel movements was very odd. Owners were responsive and say they are addressing the cleaning issues.
