About this house rental
You will stay in a single-storey villa facing South - South/East with a view of the sea and the estate. Ideal for 1 couple and 2 children, it consists of a gate giving access to a pretty courtyard, a Bormes stone driveway leading to a terrace with a sea view, an entrance leading directly into the crossing living room with living area and dining area. living room + TV, a very small patio with a view of the Bormes stone wall, a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment and window with sea view above your sink, a hallway with a skylight in the ceiling serving a bathroom with window overlooking the small patio, an independent suspended WC, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a "toilet" area with washbasin, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, one 140 and one 90. Each with a French window giving access to the terrace and the courtyard, a small outbuilding on the side serving as a laundry room and storage area for gardening tools.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price.
NOTE: To get to the villa, it is best to park the car on the side at the entrance to the wild boar path, several parking spaces are provided and to access it on foot, about a hundred meters.
Access to the villa includes about twenty level steps to climb.
