Eu aluguei o apto para o carnaval deste ano (2019) juntamente com outros dois amigos. E todos nós ficamos imensamente satisfeitos com o apartamento em todos os aspectos, tamanho, acessibilidade, segurança e conforto! Desde o início do aluguel, Marcelo foi muito atencioso, eficaz e muito sincero em relação a todas informações que a ele foi solicitado.

Imóvel bem localizado. Prédio seguro e imóvel em ótimo estado. Perto de tudo. Aluguei no período do carnaval de 2018. Melhor custo beneficio !

O apartamento é ótimo, super limpo, bem localizado e seguro. Próximo dos maiores pontos turísticos, ônibus e metro próximo. Bons restaurantes e Supermercado próximos. Super indico!

Exatamente como está na foto o apto. Prox da praia e de pontos comerciais. Achei ruim não ter garagem e o chuveiro estava desregulado o quente e frio.
