About this house rental
House of 65 m2 on one level, very bright
with an equipped kitchen:
(oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, TV and dvd wifi
a large living room (corner sofa + chaise longue), dining room, a shower room, an adult bedroom (1 double bed) and a mezzanine (1 double bed for children),
private garden of 50 m2 approx equipped:
table, armchairs, gas barbecue, shelter (ex: bikes).
* access to the owners' swimming pool at certain times and under your own responsibility from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

I do not understand your original email. It is spread across the page in chunks, not in a compact vertical form.
We had an excellent holiday with the Humberts, but we would like to comment on the details (or lack thereof) on your website for the property.
After we had booked, we received a a rental contract that set out details that did not appear on your site and which, had we known, may well have changed the searches we made.
When we queried the details, Mr Humbert sent us a table which set out these conditions which apparently appeared on the French site but not the English one.
!. the provision of linen for the beds - additional cost 30 Euro
2. limitation of the use of the pool 10.00 –18.00 hrs and restriction of the area we could use.
3. Mr Humbert explained that the French site set out two adults and two children whereas your site said 4 persons. The second bed was on a mezzanine floor with low ceiling, alright for children but not ideal for grown ups.
In spite of the discrepancies, we were welcomed warmly by Mr & Mrs Humbert and had a very good holiday.
