We rent our little paradise when we are not there ...
Very beautiful new villa of 140m2 on 1100m2 of land.
Large living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms all bedrooms have air conditioning (all beds have individual mosquito nets), 3 bathrooms, 2 WCs.
In the garden, you will find the large private swimming pool of 12 by 4 with its Californian beach and its bar, a lawned and raised garden as well as a magnificent tropical garden.
To take full advantage of the gentle warmth of Senegal, the Marsupilami XXL version nest by the pool welcomes you for your naps, readings ...
The large terrace houses a large table for up to 10 people, an outdoor lounge and a mobile bar and plancha.
The house is fully air conditioned, mosquito nets are installed on each window and French window.
Listed equipment, wifi throughout the house and around the pool, TV 106cm, DVD player, Home cinema, Canal SAT bouquet Evasion, telephone to receive your calls, safe.
In the kitchen there is everything you need, microwave, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, robots, teapot, classic coffee maker, blender ...
To take care of our house, our adorable housekeeper, Ndeye is there all year from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. In addition to cleaning the house, she will prepare your midday and evening meals at your request and will take care of your laundry and ironing. Ndeye can also advise you and put you in touch for anything you may need. Its service is included in the price.
The garden and the swimming pool are maintained every morning.
You just have to add your electricity consumption, (fully led lighting) recorded on your arrival with Ndeye and on your departure.
If rental less than 3 nights, the night is 100 euros
Arrivals are after 3 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m. unless agreed otherwise.

Any amount paid will not be returned if cancellation of the rental by the tenants

This was a great getaway location for our family. It is not too near to the typically beachfront locations and city. It is outside the town and thus didn’t have things like grocery stories readily available. But that was okay. We wanted a quiet location to retreat to and enjoy the pool and relaxing. The villa was confortable. The pool was spacious. We even had monkeys come to visit us in the yard.
Definitely plan to return to this location again. Great job to the host and Ndeye for welcoming us!

The villa is very well designed, functional and beautiful at the same time. The garden of exotic plants (and some exotic animals, too - we were visited by a few funny monkeys:) is really pleasant and superbly lit in the evening. The house itself is spacious, sunny, well equiped (AC, mosquito-nets etc.) and very clean. The only downside is considerable distance to shops without your own vehicle, if you want to self-cater (although you can always catch a car or a bus to Nianing quite quickly). The beach is pretty but dirty, which seems to be characteristic for all Senegal (the people, especially the fishers, seem to simply throw away rubbish and fish remains into the water and it is then deposited on the beach). It, of course, has nothing to do with the villa itself - I spent a lovely week here with my family and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Casa Marenda. La maison était très propre et les jardins et la piscine magnifiques. Nous voulons absolument y retourner pour un séjour plus long. Ndeye était gracieuse et amicale. Merci !
