Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located on the ground floor of a nice urbanization and away from the noise and the road, just 1km from the beach of La Barrosa (Track 3) in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz)
The apartment is distributed on one floor that includes a terrace in the back. It has a living room with corner sofa, a TV, this communicating with the kitchen, equipped with Moka coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob with extractor, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave and blender ... In addition to a dining table that is extensible if necessary.
The "No" bedroom No. 1 has a 135cm bed with access to the terrace. Bedroom No. 2 has two 90cm beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are also two fans available, although opening the air in front and behind does not make it necessary.
It has a full bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a hair dryer available.
The terrace is fenced and is private, has 24m2. There is a table and chairs, ideal for lunch or dinner in summer outdoors, as well as a large umbrella to have shade in the hours of sun.
There is a private covered parking space within the urbanization that is accessed through the electronic gate. There are more exits in the urbanization depending on where you want to go.
