About this house rental
A typical fisherman's house. It has 3 bedrooms that sleeps six (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom) and is close to the beach, only 2 minutes away. We have 2 cots available, high chairs and a baby bath. It has a 50m² roof terrace with table & chairs, sunloungers, a BBQ, sink and shady area. The house is well equipped with all the things needed for enjoying a stress-free holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge, a freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee perculator, hand blender, washing machine and there are pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

We had a lovely two weeks at Casa de Tio which is located in a quiet street but within a short and convenient walking distance to many local amenities. Around us were the beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, the evening paseo along the sea front, bike hire shop and the busy Thursday morning market was just round the corner.
The house had everything we needed with the rooftop terrace an added bonus. Many thanks to Julie and Robert for making all the arrangements easy, making our stay so enjoyable.

Have just returned from two relaxing weeks, and I can say this house is perfect for holidays. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and more, and the roof terrace is fantastic for sitting out. The TV has live channels in both English and Spanish, and also access to films. Little thoughtful touches throughout the house are nice, beach towels and games, board games, books.
It is located right next to the beach and is only a few minutes walk to the centre of Torre del Mar. There are also many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within a short walk too. Julie the host was so friendly and helpful, and answered our questions quickly and really went above and beyond to make our stay a happy one.
