Centrally located apartment. All the amenities you need. Nice view from small roof terrace.
Not cheap. You can stay with more than four persons but they sleep on couchbed.

The apartment is quite spacious and located closed to central activities in chiado district . The equipment is relatively new and maintained very well. The air conditioning is high quality one. In one word it has everything what you need to stay comfortably. There are a lot of cafes , restaurants and shopping center in walk distance.
There is no elevator which is in such old buildings very normal . Just be prepared when you have heavy luggages.
The door to the apartment is not always easy to open. I think, this could be improved. The door to the building can’t be locked which is not safe from security perspective.
