Extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues.

The room was in unacceptable condition. There were dirty socks left on the floor and hair on the bed sheets, clearly indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall cleanliness was far below what is advertised on Booking.com and did not match the photos online. We arrived late at night and had no alternative, otherwise we would have left immediately. This stay did not match the photos or description online.

The location and view were truly beautiful, no doubt about that. But for 113€ a night, I expected much better quality and maintenance

The jacuzzi was leaking, leaving visible water damage on the wooden side panel and water on the floor, which made it easy to slip and feel unsafe. The bidet was also cracked, which made the bathroom look poorly maintained

Specialy Staff name Ida was very helpful & fortunately the owner of the hotel Mr Endri was also available the day we stayed he is a gem of a person he even helped us to find taxi to tirana & brought our one luggage bag in his own car from Korce to tirana 👍really nice people 👌

Very friendly and helpfull staaf. Comuncation was possible in English. Good parking and location.

The upgrade (from 50 mto 60 euro) created the expectation of a larger room. The only difference is that you have a front room, with a nice view of the church and the laud music of the terrace till late. A mixed blessing. We would have prefered a back room.

Great location in a lovely city, superb room - exceptional hospitality

The exceptional hospitality and over and above customer service shown by Wilma made our stay very special. A small muddle with our upgraded room was quickly and professionally sorted out and our every need was taken care of - thank you Wilma. The room was superb, very comfortable with wrap around views of the mountains and Cathedral. The hotel location is very central to all the delights of Korce with everything within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good. Well worth a 2 night stay.
