Conociendo el comcepto del Hotel, creo cumple perfectamente con la funsión pasas buena noche y buena calida de ducha
Deseo destacar que al llegar por la mañana, la recepcionista del turno matutino me atendió de manera muy amable. Aunque mi habitación no estaba lista, entendí perfectamente la situación debido a la hora de llegada. Sin embargo, mi experiencia cambió al regresar por la tarde para realizar el check-in. La atención por parte del personal de recepción fue muy cortante; comprendo que pudieron haber tenido un día con mucho trabajo, pero el trato recibido no fue el adecuado. Por otro lado, la experiencia en el área de desayuno tampoco fue satisfactoria. No sé si se debió a la alta afluencia de huéspedes, pero el área se encontraba desordenada y sucia, y algunos platillos no tenían una buena preparación. Considero que con un poco más de cuidado en la elaboración y limpieza se podría elevar significativamente la calidad del servicio sin necesidad de incrementar los costos.
