I have stayed here multiple times with clients. It is my go to hotel for the start of our voyage. We never worry that things won't be up to standards for our guests.
There is really nothing to dislike here. Great location, clean rooms, incredible staff and a good breakfast. What more can we ask for?

If you want to visit Chaves, It is probably one of the best located hotels in terms of what you can do in the town.
Bathroom shower was nice.
Staff was pleasant during the few interactions we had with them.
The room does not have a bottle for champoo and another one for body soap, it just has a one-fits-all liquid used as hand washer, body soap and shampoo.
We didn't go to have breakfast at first hour of the day and almost everything was missing, they didn't refill the food or the orange juice, meaning we had to eat what was left there.
Given that Chaves is a small town, the price the room cost did not meet the expectations we had for the hotel.
