La camera assegnata è ampia e dotata di un grande bagno. Il balcone affaccia sui tigli che danno il nome alla locanda. Pulizia e riassetto quotidiano. Riscaldamento e raffrescamento con aria condizionata. Colazione abbondante. Possibilità di pranzare e di cenare presso il ristorante annesso.
