About this house rental
This unique three-level townhouse is located not far from downtown Lincoln and just across the Pemigewasset River from Loon Mountain's South Peak. Take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor to enter this townhouse. Once inside you will find the kitchen, dining and living area as well as access to the small back balcony with lovely river views. The full kitchen offers all the appliances, flatware, silverware and cookware you would need to create your favorite meal. The dining area seats six with three additional seats available just behind the table at the kitchen counter. The living area holds a wrap-around couch, a flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace. Also on this entry level is the laundry closet with stacked washer dryer. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a queen size bed and a television as well as a spacious attached bath with separate glass enclosed shower and jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lowest level of the townhouse, below the main living area. One of these bedroom has a full bed, a set of bunk beds and full attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a full bath just outside the door.
While here enjoy access to the Rivergreen Resort pool located just across the street. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access via the Rivergreen for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

I hesitate to share how great this place is as I love how it feels like our little secret. You can park your car and never need it if, like us, swimming in the river and walking to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and shopping is enough to squeeze into a getaway. More than enough room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. We discovered this spot last year and it will certainly be our annual trip from now on.

Absolutely loved this townhouse. Amazing views of the river from the deck and master bedroom. Excellent location - within walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, and three different swimming spots. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook for the week. We’ve rented many units through Loon Reservation Service and will continue to do so for their amazing customer service.

The condo was very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub accross the street as well. The only reason i gave a 3 star overall is because the beds were very uncomfortable...think buckboard.
