Wonderful spot in the historic district.

Property was more like a Boutique hotel with concierge amenities and very secure. A 15 minute walk to the Zocalo and just around the corner from Palacio Bellas Artes. We also found a great Cafe' and restaurant just about a block away where we enjoyed our morning coffee and pastry. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitley recommend Casa Donceles to family and friends who are planning a visit to CDMX.

Great location for our family of five, including a teenager and two grandparents. In room wifi signal was great. The convenience store next door came in handy for late night snacks and items we forgot to bring. Aside from the detailed amenities of the room we also appreciated the large drinking water dispenser and the accessibility, graciousness, and helpfulness of our host, Livia. When we arrived, she took us on a little tour of the neighborhood to orientate ourselves and pointed out areas to dine in and explore. Before our trip and again, after we arrived she offered to arrange tours and help us with tickets to events and museums. I thought I had it all planned out be when I couldnt figure out how to buy tickets to the Frida Kahlo museum I asked Livia and she very quickly texted me a link with what I needed to do. This was our first Homeaway experience and it was great one. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again next time we visit.
