This is exactly as advertised. Great balcony and the view is amazing. Thomas the host is very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We have already stayed there two times and plan to stay here again!!

Upon arriving, the door code would not work due to dead batteries in the lock. Water was leaking in the shower faucet. Kitchenet water was non turned on. Entrance door damper was broken. Sliding deck door was broken (had to use home made aluminum bar at base). Host was pleasant and changed the batteries in the door lock.
