About this house rental
Nice construction completed in March 2019 on one level of good quality, without vis-à-vis, can accommodate 4 people and offering good comfort (Classification in furnished tourist accommodation 3 stars). It is in a quiet location conducive to relaxation and family vacations.
It consists of a spacious and bright living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen. It is open to a living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, radio CD player, board games, books for young and old, documentation on the region.
The large bay windows open onto a wooden terrace facing due south.
It has a bathroom, a separate toilet, two bedrooms with large closets. A cellar with cupboard is equipped with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities, a clothes horse ...
The large garden will allow children to play in peace.
Located in Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages, on the Finistère coast between Brest and Roscoff, come and discover the Côte des Légendes. You will appreciate the beauty of this wild coast, very preserved, thanks to its sumptuous white and fine sand beaches, bordered by long dunes.
The house is in the immediate vicinity of the beaches (about 250 meters), numerous hiking trails (GR34). The house is as close to the center of Plounéour-Trez as to Brignogan-Plages (bakery, grocery store, food, tourist office in summer, nautical centers, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center ...).
You can practice many activities: swimming, kayaking, paddle, sand yachting, kite surfing with your equipment or through the nautical centers, but also shore fishing according to the tides for the pleasure of young and old. Those who wish to do so can enjoy beautiful cycling or walking tours on the many coastal paths of the GR 34. Its geographical location is ideal for exploring the Finistère coastline:
- Goulven: its remarkable bay for bird watching,
- Trefoil: the dunes of kéremma,
- Plouescat: the Casino,
- Roscoff: its ports, its thalassotherapy center and the island of Batz,
- Plouguerneau: the lighthouse of the virgin island (highest lighthouse in Europe in stone),
- Kerlouan: the fishing village of Menez Ham,
- The region of the abers (Landéda and its long dunes, the marina of Aber Wrac’h),
- Brest is around 30 km away (Océanopolis, military and pleasure ports, the Capuchin plateau, the cable car, etc.).
- More to the west, the Ponant Islands (Ouessant, Molène, Breast),….
