About this house rental
Spacious and cozy holiday home in Catalan country-style (about 100 square meters) on large plot with large swimming pool and towards the latter open portico in a good location the urbanization Masos d'en Blade (near Miami Playa) - 5 minute walk to the beach.
Equipment
This holiday house Mediterranean flair has a large living / dining area with open fireplace and direct access to the terraces. While the larger of the two is dominated by an ancient olive tree under which can be gorgeous and have breakfast in the shade - the other is covered and invites for midday siesta in a cool red! The third terrace is located on the garage roof, with uninterrupted views of the nearby mountains: the ultimate place for sun worshipers!
Inside the house, the open fireplace dominates the spacious living / dining area. To this way opens the spacious fitted kitchen with the usual case-small electrical appliances. A hood complements the equipment, which is also dimensioned very abundant with glass, porcelain, cutlery and many cooking utensils.
The relaxation area consists of two bedrooms - the one or with separable double bed and tub Shower room en suite plus toilet; the other with double and optional third single bed, for example, for another child or teenager, belonging to the parents - as well as separate shower and toilet. Another guest is located in the entrance hall, from which the integrated into the house, but lockable garage is accessible. There, the washing machine as well as the natural gas-powered hot water spa is (Vaillant). House and garage are incidentally Non smoking zone!
In a Caseta (house) there is a second refrigerator is (with freezer), that the well-tempered drinks not go out! Here are also bicycles along with helmets for adults and children, as well as beach toys. Also patio chairs with cushions are deposited here, and an additional small grill - the larger is in the open hall. There you will find (behind the right door) and more patio furniture and umbrellas - and another sport bike.
A spacious terrace and a secluded outdoor shower complete the pool area with swimming pool (5x10m) and two sided circular bushes. And behind the hall invites a large lawn with randseitigem bush and tree plantings to badminton or lawn Polo a (sports equipment to the garage!). - The house has satellite TV + BlueRay player, has an extensive library and a similar collection of toys and board games u. Card.

We enjoyed a two week stay in this fabulous villa. The location is great. We had a hire car and were able to drive to many lovely beaches. If you didn't have a car the nearest beach is within walking distance and wasn't as busy as some of those further up the coast. There were many good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. We also visited Port Adventura, which was only 20 minutes away. The airport (Reus) is only about half an hour away. Cambrils was also close with many shops, restaurants and most importantly a wonderful ice cream shop that was definitely appreciated by our family! The villa itself was perfect for our needs and was as we expected from the description. The children enjoyed the toys and jigsaws, especially the duplo as neither had played with this since they were much younger! The outside space is lovely with comfortable chairs and sun loungers and good shaded areas for eating and relaxing. The pool was great, larger than many villas at 10m x5m and deep enough for hours of fun for our 9 and 6 year old's who like to dive in and retrieve toys from the bottom! Although other villas are quite close there is dense shrubbery ensuring complete privacy. The garden was large and we definitely made good use of the barbecue during our stay. Communication with the owners was good. Hanna and Ekkehard were very efficient ensuring contracts and payments etc. were all professionally managed. Fortunately for us Hanna, Ekkehard and their property manager, Mr Vath, all spoke English (much more proficiently than my efforts at German!). We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and would definitely like to return in the future. I saw what looked like a lovely hike to a waterfall and pool in the mountains nearby but this was too far for my 6 year old this year...maybe in a few years time when she's a little bigger!?!
