Cozy ship in Lelystad

Very basic, including the cleaning. We found dust and spider webs in many places. The location seemed nice, but it was too windy to enjoy the outside and the view from the top. The top outside furniture and floor/stairs were covered in bird poop, something which could easily be prevented by outdoor furniture coverings (not present) and a little cleaning before guests arrive. The WiFi is the marina WiFi, which was weak and kept disconnecting; there is no internet in the house boat itself. Also we only found the WiFi connection details randomly by looking through a pile of maps and books. We checked out early because the wind was too much, even when the sun came out. That is why the location is not ideal. We were 2 people & it was almost too small for us & couldn’t imagine there being more people. Nice is that dogs are allowed, but be prepared to find dog hair all over the couch, as we first found it. No vacuum, oven or toaster present, just a small hand broom set. When we checked in, there was no key in the lock box. We had no way of calling the contact because we did not have SIM cards which worked in NL (so prepare yourself to having to call Netherlands phone numbers), & we only got the keys because a marina worker called the cleaning person, who then came, luckily. There was a huge crack on one of the windows which we saw upon checking in. We reported it to the mobile number of the contact we had, after we bought a NL SIM card, but never heard back. Nice sunsets though!
