Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, auch eine Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmaterial (Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs, Seife etc.) haben wir bereits vorgefunden. Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind ganz neu möbliert. Die Umgebung ist toll, bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand vor Ort ist eher klein und ruhig, wer es trubeliger mag erreicht die Strände in Dorum Neufeld oder Cuxhaven Sahlenburg gut auch mit dem Fahrrad.

Haben 10 Tage an der Nordsee zu Dritt verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war super gut ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war perfekt, alles wunderbar von dort aus zu erreichen. Ca. 100m bis zum Deich, allerdings kein Sandstrand, sondern Wiese. Sind zum Baden daher 20 Minuten nach Cuxhaven gefahren. Rund herum hatten wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub!!! Einzige Minuspunkte waren die Dusche, die ohne großen Druck eher einer Regendusche ähnelte und dass es kein WLAN gab. Das könnte man noch verbessern. Haben uns aber super wohl gefühlt! Also absolut Daumen hoch 👍👍👍!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist man schnell in Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven. Ansonsten kann man die herrliche Natur genießen.

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, die Wohnung toll und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man so braucht. Handtücher hatten wir dabei und das es kein Internet gibt hatte ich überlesen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Cappel-Neufeld. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Positiv sind mir die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern aufgefallen. Schlüsselübergabe, Extrawünsche wie einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind war alles kein Problem. Wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub an der Nordsee planen sollten dann gerne wieder dort.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Sie ist hell, freundlich und funktional eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber, was uns sofort aufgefallen ist. Die Einrichtung und die Anbauten waren alle gepflegt und im guten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Blick auf den Deich. Wir müssen aber aus zwei Gründen einen Stern abziehen: 1. Waren das Sofa und das Doppelbett nicht mehr all zu bequem, was aber auch Gewohnheit sein könnte. 2. Für die Kommunikation. Als ich vor der Anreise keine weiteren Infos erhalten hatte wegen u.a. der Schlüsselübergabe, habe ich über mein Kundenkonto den Vermieter angeschrieben. Am Anreisetag hatte ich keine Info. Also habe ich angerufen. Die Stimme teilte mir mit, dass sie keine Ferienwohnung hätte. Dies hat uns sehr verunsichert. Daraufhin habe ich nach dem Vermieter gegoogelt und habe die selbe Telefonnummer gefunden. Ich habe erneut angerufen. Während des Telefonates stellte sich heraus, dass doch alles in Ordung war. Dennoch sind wir mit einem unguten Gefühl angereist. Vor Ort war alles ok und stimmig.

Erstklassige Wohnung. Absolut sauber sowie liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet für einen perfekten Urlaub (3 Personen, 10 Tage). Ruhige Lage, Strand zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Insgesamt unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Leider nicht die Wohnung die wir gebucht hatten

Wir wurden 2 Wochen vor unserer geplanten Anreise angerufen, direkt von der Besitzerin der Wohnung. Sie teilte uns mit, dass die Wohnung zu unserem gebuchten Termin nicht frei wäre, da Handwerker in der Zeit die Wohnung renovieren würden ( zu Ostern, na ja). Wir könnten noch vom Vertrag zurücktreten ( ich frage mich nur, warum wir) oder eine Wohnung im gleichem Haus im EG mit Terrasse nehmen. Die obere Wohnung hatte einen Balkon mit Strandkorb, windgeschützt. Da wir so kurzfristig ja nicht Neues mehr bekommen würden, haben wir zugestimmt. Als wir ankamen war soweit alles ok, leider war die Terasse ohne Tisch und nicht besonders windgeschützt. Man konnte uns wenn jemand durch den Garten ging direkt auf den Tisch schauen. Nach einiger Zeit haben wir dann auch mitbekommen das die Wohnung schräg über uns, die wir eigentlich gemietet hatten, nicht von Handwerkern renoviert wurde sondern ebenfalls vermietet war. Das hat uns doch schon sehr geärgert, nicht das die untere Wohnung sehr schlecht war, aber veräppeln lassen wir uns nicht so gerne. Wir finden es eine Frechheit und für uns ein Grund von dem Vermietern keine Wohnung mehr zu buchen. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne

Tolle Lage, Wohnung ok

Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus (8 Wohnungen) gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Als wir dort waren, war kaum eine Wohnung belegt, weil noch keine Hauptsaison. Lediglich im Nachbarhaus bellt ab und an der Hund. Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus, Richtung Landesinnere. Die Aussicht vom Balkon wird leider durchs Nachbarhaus dominiert, aber da auch dieses nahezu leer war, als wir dort waren, konnten wir die Abende unbeobachtet im Strandkorb auf dem Balkon genießen. Geht man vom Hof runter, sind es ca. 50 m bis zum Deich und hinter dem noch ca. 200-300 m bis zum Wasser/Watt. Die Wohnung ist relativ gut gereinigt. Wir konnten unsere Tochter auf dem Boden krabbeln lassen. Die Fenster hätten allerdings eine Reinigung nötig gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung merkt man die Devise "Das brauchen wir nicht mehr, das kommt in die Ferienwohnung", vor allem bei der Deko. Es wirkt alles etwas zusammengewürfelt. Und die Türgriffe und Fenster müssen dringend geölt/eingestellt werden! Es war kaum möglich, sich abends leise in der Wohnung zu bewegen, als unsere Tochter bereits schlief. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich; ohne Auto ist kein Einkauf möglich. Mit Fahrrädern kommt man aber auch gut von A nach B. Fußläufig ist jedoch wenig zu erreichen. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub, bei dem vor allem der Preis sehr günstig war!
