This new, luxuriously furnished holiday apartment is located in the high historical town of Vrbnik, well known for its excellent wines, on the island of Krk.
The apartment is 100m2 and contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the wide living room there is a large corner sofa, which can also be used as an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances.
From the living room you come to the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with two seating and a grill, and offers an incredible view of the town and the sea.
Next to the terrace is a private infinity pool (only for you) that you can enjoy undisturbed with your family and friends. The apartment is located near the town center and the beaches and is therefore a good choice for everyone who prefers a quiet luxury holiday but would like to be close to historical sights, the sea, beaches and excellent restaurants in Vrbnik.

Es ist wirklich so unfassbar schön wie auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!!

Das Appartement liegt etwas oberhalb von Vrbnik. Der dortige Strand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist etwas dunkel. Wenn die Nachbarn da sind, hört man sie, allerdings sind sie offenbar nicht häufig da. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön zum sitzen und sein. Vrbnik selbst ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort.

Objekt in Ordnung. Leider sind drei der vier Liegematten in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Die Hand- und Badetücher wurden nicht wie vereinbart am 4. Tag sondern gar nicht getauscht.. Leider ist nur ein Besen aber weder eine Schaufel noch ein kleiner Besen vorhanden. Somit wurde der Schmutz im Wohnbereich in einer Ecke neben der Balkontüre gesammelt. Die Balkontüre muss dringend saniert werden. Diese war nur im gekippten Zustand (teilweise) zu öffnen. Selbst Nachbarn gelang es nicht, die verschlossene Türe sofort zu öffnen. Das ist für Touristen mit Kleinkindern nicht ungefährlich, denn wenn die Türe zu ist, kann sie von außen auch nicht mehr geöffnet werden.
Alles in allem: trotzdem okay, auch weil der Eigentümer sehr freundlich ist.
