About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 2001, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Trampoline. From December 2019, a sauna will be available.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). fireplace. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with dinette and TV. You have access with 1 table. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (170 l, freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette and gas stove. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Škrdlovice, 630 mASL. The holiday home is situated on an 830 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located on the edge of the small village of Škrdlonice near the recreational area Velké Dářko. Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) in carport and on the property. A covered parking space is available.

I rented this home in the U.S., via VRBO, in Fall 2023 for a week-long family reunion in the Czech Republic in Aug 2024. The rental was then handled by a company in Switzerland. The rental went smoothly. If I had any questions, the Swiss company replied immediately. My family loved the home. It is a 2-story house, has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. There is a separate toilet and bathroom on each floor. It was very clean. Bedding and bathroom towels were provided. There is a small kitchenette on the top floor and a bigger kitchen on the bottom floor. My family fixed breakfasts and dinners for 10 people every day. The kitchen had everything we needed. My cousin’s 3 boys loved the pool. The house is extremely family friendly with the pool, trampoline, ping pong table, badminton set, & all kinds of play homes for smaller kids to play in. There is also a jacuzzi & sauna. I received the address & owner’s contact information exactly a week prior to our arrival, as promised. The owner was very nice & very prompt in replying to emails, & once I was in CZ, to phone calls. My family’s ages ranged from 9-70, & we all really enjoyed this rental home. The one thing that is different in renting in CZ, is that a deposit is charged on the credit card at time of booking, and the balance is paid in cash, in euros, upon arrival. To the balance is added a €1.25 county fee per adult/per night, a REFUNDABLE damage deposit, & we paid for the gas & electricity we used when checking out, about €45.
