The recently renovated cottage is a two bedroom one bath surrounded by the Western Hills that have a spectacular view of the sunset every night. With a bocce ball court, gas firepit and BBQ in an enclosed backyard, it is the ultimate place of relaxation and enjoyment. Whether with the family or friends, it is an amazing place to gather and enjoy the beauty Sonoma Valley has to offer. There are 4 cruiser bikes, for your use. Please bring your own helmet.

We enjoyed our wine trip to Sonoma. Great little cottage, good location. However, the trend these days of not putting a top sheet on a bed is very disturbing. The thought of my body directly touching the bedding that has been exposed to another person's skin, sweat, and other bodily fluids is disgusting. Moreover, when you get too hot, you don't even have the luxury of turning back the comforter and simply being covered by a sheet. I guess I recommend the house but to also pack your own top sheet.

This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Communication with the host was quick and always helpful. We got to enjoy the bocce court and the cruiser bikes, as well as the board games. We had a wonderful stay!

We rented this property so we could be close to the Sonoma Raceway for the annual Velocity Invitational. It was only about a 20 min drive to the raceway and 6-7 minutes restaurants and shopping. The house is in a great neighborhood surrounded by some beautiful properties. Very quiet. There was plenty of parking as well. The backyard was large and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the bocce ball court. Inside was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and nice bedding. We will definitely rent this place again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. We rode the bikes into town for groceries and sight-seeing and it may have been the best part of our trip. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Only negative is that I wish there were a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing this house!

Fantastic property. Clean and spacious and well stocked. Loved how central the location was to the wineries and also downtown. We walked downtown often, it’s about 20 min on the bike path nearby. Very quiet (but friendly) neighborhood. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our short stay in Sonoma. The neighborhood has a rural feel, even though it is just a mile or so from the Plaza. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful backyard space, listening to farm animals in the distance. (The yard is more established now than in the photos... very nice.) The house itself is exactly as described, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Owners were very easy to work with.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Back yard and patio was nice, but we never got a chance to use it. Location was good and a short drive to town. Listing says it is walkable to Sonoma Plaza and the central part of town, which is true, but I am not sure I would walk it at night because the neighborhood is very dark and the street is narrow. Had no problems with anything in the house or the check-in or check out. Overall, a very nice house in a good location for a wine country visit.
