Welcome to our spacious Townhome. As you walk through the front doors there is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, a dining room with seating for six and a wet bar to entertain guest. Then just off the living room is an open balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen which is located on the main floor is all electric and fully equipped and includes a full size washer/dryer located inside the closet off the kitchen. Upstairs in the master bedroom you have a king bed with private bath and the guest bedroom has two double beds with a private bath. Both bedrooms and living room all have Flat Screen TV's and there is a DVD player in the living room and master bedroom. This townhome is all tiled downstairs and all new flooring upstairs. This Townhome sits next to the Clubhouse and pool area with a short walk through the parking area to the beach.
You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.
Area Attractions:
You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.
Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Had short 3 days for July 4th 2023. Unit was real nice and clean. Had a couple of issues and Sharon in the office took care of them immediately. I would recommend this town house.

Loved the location and property managers responded quick to the issues. However, a bunch of lights didn’t work. The fan in living room doesn’t work. The AC only works for 3 hours on and 3 hours off. Extremely hot at night to the point of waking up in pools of sweat. The guest shower was only able to be used twice all week. It was leaking into the ceiling above the front door and into the laundry room. The ceiling in the laundry room actually began falling in towards the end of our stay. Maintenance tried to seal it but it’s most likely internal and would require a remodel. Something the property owner most likely won’t do since they’ve known about the issue since the breaker for the lights was off per maintenance. The people who work there are awesome but this owner is obviously a cheapskate and would rather have cash flow in every week until this place completely is uninhabitable. Overall I’d stay in shoreline towers again but forsure not this townhome.ever again.
