For shared use: garden, swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 80 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: solarium. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 3.8 km. Apartamento con excelentes vistas y ubicación. Sofa y cama muy cómodos , wifi funciona perfectamente, presión del agua muy buena. Cocina con todo lo esencial para cocinar. Como puntos de mejora , el solárium esta mal aprovechado, un par de tumbonas le vendría muy bien, las persianas están un poco deterioradas y algún store esta roto. En general es un gran apartamento que necesita algún retoque para ser increíble.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Auch die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler haben tadellos funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Meer war toll, die Aussicht ebenfalls wunderbar. Besonders hervorzuheben war die sehr kompetente Betreuung des Interhome Teams vor Ort. Zu Beginn hat das WiFi nicht funktioniert, ein paar Tage später streikte das Eingangstor zum Parkplatz. In beiden Fällen hat das Team vor Ort sehr schnell reagiert und die Probleme umgehend behoben. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Appartement fonctionnel mais quelques équipements dégradés. Ménage moyen à l'arrivée et impossible de monter les transats sur la terrasse. En revanche vue magnifique et appartement très bien situé.

Excellent emplacement vues magnifiques. Résidence propre et calme. Par contre équipements appartement pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Canapé et fauteuil sales. Rideaux cassés Luminaires inexistants ou ampoules grillées. Très peu de vaisselle, four qui ne marche pas. Pas d’étendoir ( 3 ficelles et 9 pinces à linge sur le toit terrasse) Table jardin petite. En résumé pas adapté pour 4 personnes en fait on paye la vue et l’emplacement.
