About this house rental
Great west-facing fisherman’s cabin close to the coast sheltered by islands, perfectly arranged for sport & hobby fishermen. 10-15 minutes to the best fishing spots. Enjoy the terrace and the beautiful views in scenic surroundings. The cabin has a nice open plan kitchen and living room on the first floor with everything needed for a successful fishing holiday. There are many windows facing the fjord, which provides good light. Three bedrooms as well as 2 single beds in the loft. TV with German, Norwegian and international TV channels. High-speed internet via fiber. If the weather is bad and you cannot go out on the open sea, it is always possible to find a good fishing spot inland. Nice hiking opportunities in the area, including Siggjo 474 masl with fantastic views. The holiday home is a good starting point for day trips to some of the most fascinating destinations Norway has to offer, Føyen i Bergen, Trolltunga, Folgefonna glacier, Lysefjorden with Prekestolen, Åkrafjorden and Hardanger. The cabin is number 5 from the left, seen from the car park. 2 boats for rent at the floating jetty in front of the tiller: 1 pc 21-foot Øien 620F with 50 HP Yamaha motor, gps, sonar and chart plotter. 1 pc Tobias 18 feet with 40 HP diesel Yanmar inboard engine (up to 13 knots), gps, sonar and chart plotter.

What a fantastic retreat! The cabin was spacious and beautifully set up for our fishing trip, We especially loved the terrace with its stunning fjord views, Perfect for relaxing after a long day out on the water,

Clean and cozy with a fantastic view! The cabin had enough space for our group of six, and we appreciated having two bathrooms, The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee, While we didn't catch as many fish as we hoped, we found some great hiking trails nearby, which made up for it, The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, Would definitely consider coming back!
