Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung ( Haus). Super nette Gastgeberin. Hatten eine große Terrasse. Hatten aber aufgrund der Jahreszeit ( Mitte September ) keine Sonne auf der Terrasse. Vor der Anreise haben wir Bilder und ein Video bekommen in dem uns genau erklärt wurde, wie wir zum Grundstück kommen.
Wir hatten 2 mal Gäste über uns , die entweder Nachts um 2.00 Uhr Stühle rückten und sich lauthals unterhielten, sowie bereits morgens vor 6 Uhr anfingen die Wohnung zu putzen.Des weiteren war unterhalb ein Hund der mehr oder weniger, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, dauernd bellte auch Nachts. Für die Rücksichtslosigkeit der anderen Gäste und den Hund konnte die wirklich nette Gastgeberin aber nichts. Die Wohnung war leider etwas klamm.

Appartamento grande e super comodo al centro di capoliveri. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! Posto molto rilassante perfetto per una vacanza! Consigliato?
Unica pecca se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo è stata che il terzo che doveva fare la doccia trovava l’acqua fresca, ma basta aspettare un pó e tutto si risolve!

Vorrei partire dai proprietari Susy e Michele che sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolto in maniera super. La posizione dell'appartamento di è ottima, vicino al centro di Capoliveri.
C'è tutto quello che serve.
Nulla, se devo proprio trovare un piccolo difetto l'arredamento è un po' datato e la doccia leggermente scomoda, ma sono sottigliezze.
