Inside, this spacious home features two master bedrooms with en suites, one on each floor, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Additionally, there's a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fourth bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds and a pull-out chair, perfect for families or larger groups. With three full bathrooms and one half bath, there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day of adventure.
The main floor boasts a modern, open-concept living area with ample seating around a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings in. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, gas stove, and farmhouse-style sink, invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
Step outside onto the large covered front porch, furnished with comfortable seating, or head to the backyard to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying stunning sunset views of Little Pisgah and Bearwallow Mountains. The hot tub area is thoughtfully placed on top of the ridge, offering a secluded spot to unwind and admire the natural beauty of the area.
The picnic table offers a perfect spot for outdoor dining amidst the serene surroundings.

Our stay at King of the Hill with a Hot Tub was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the peaceful ambiance that instantly made us feel at home. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with every comfort imaginable. The highlight was definitely the hot tub under the stars — a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the scenic outdoor spaces, reflected true care and quality. Our family made unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return for another incredible experience!

We especially enjoyed the 3 king beds for all 3 couples. We enjoyed the location close to Asheville & Biltmore. We enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. The neighbors were very friendly.

We came in for a girls trip and had a fun time! It was a great location to downtown Asheville as well as hiking. Bedrooms are spacious and the hot tub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good spot, worked well for our needs (close to family). Horrible water pressure… like, the worst I’ve ever had. Very simple kitchen amenities but they sufficed for our needs.
