The location, the room and layout.
The fact that reception wasn't occupied on arrival. As a result I had no access to bike storage or anyone to ask questions or make requests to. It also took about 90 mins to get bed linen and a towel. Luckily a long term resident was able to get in touch with someone. Breakfast should include some fresh juices like orange or apple. For the money one could expect it.

Very clean, central location, good breakfast with wide selection, great value for money.
This is a youth hostel, so you can encounter large groups of kids that can be noisy. Also all the beds are smaller bunk beds, even in "single rooms"
