SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springfield North

The room was clean and especially the bathroom. We're not a big fan of the barn door on the bathrooms, but your's was heavy and sturdy and we appreciate you at least put a quality one in your rooms! The breakfast was very good! Lots of variety of items to choose and tasted great too!

Great place to stay and nice people

Loved having a pool. Breakfast was delish. Room fit the whole family comfortably. Oh and the snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk were suuuper convenient!

Front desk staff were very friendly

We found someone else's leftover old food in the fridge in our room. It makes you wonder what else was not cleaned! Breakfast wasn't very good either. English muffins were obviously old because when trying to slice one open to place in the toaster, it crumbled. Speaking of the toaster, it did not work. One toaster did not turn on at all after waiting a few minutes, and the other toaster barely made the bread warm after a minute or so, definitely not toasted. The oatmeal looked as though it was leftover from the previous day, as it was thick and lumpy, and this was one hour after breakfast hours started.
