Great hotel closed to center

We felt truly comfortable staying at the hotel, with exquisite service, in a quiet place, but very close to the tourist center (just a walk). The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was extremely complete and varied, highly recommended. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing all day: the pool, sun loungers, bar, parasols, and even terraces in many rooms. You won't want to leave or you'd love come back again!

Probably the cleaning service hours as we had our room cleaned in late afernoon, after asked several times.

Best stay in Vlorë

Super nice staff. I had food poisoning from a restaurant at the beach and the lady at the reception was super nice (called a doctor to give me medicine, asked if i want something special for the cook to prepare for me). Location is nice, people super friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We stayed there for the second time and loved it again.

Decent clean place, good value for money. Friendly staff

The room was very large with 2 bedrooms and a side balcony. Air conditioning, fast WiFi, TV that worked with Netflix. The swimming pool is also very nice. The staff were friendly.

It’s a bit further away from the main strip, the decoration is quite gaudy, breakfast was not good, the bathroom shower didn’t drain, and the toilet wasn’t sturdy.

Good hotel on a good price in a nice environment with a kind staff

Super friendly, helpful and kind staff. The guy at the reception (Egi) is exceptional, he helps in everything! They were very flexible with cleaning the room. When we leaved our room later (after 13.00) they came back in the afternoon to make it! The rooms were very comfortable and quite big. The hotel is not directly at the seaside, but approx. 500 meters away next to the forest which makes it very quite and the temperature was approximately 2-3˙C cooler there which was very good in the 35˙C! We recommend it!

The breakfast was was the same every day and the variety of the foods is quite small. Everything else was perfect!

Please be careful when you planning your trip by the Google maps. The location on the Google map is not correct, so you can be confused. The Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, nothing to complain.

It's ok, not good, not bad, but defihitely it does not lmeet the expectation of4 star hotel.

It was quiet.

Breakfast was very sinple and product quality pretty average. The personel did not speak very good English. 15 min before check out time the elevator broke. We had to carry the things 4 floor ñs down from the stairs. 2 min after I carriedi everything,, they fixed ut... however, I have to mention that, because of this, we checked out 30 min later without any issue.

GARAGE FOR MOTOCYCLES - GREAT RIVIERA WITH BARS AND RESTORANS

Stuff is really - really helpfull and friendly. They do their work really good - you need cold beer, they will get it. Breakfast is great with all you like and even more. Young lady who served it is polite and caring that you have all you ask and you did not have to ask, because evething was on table. INFO for motocyclists - they have big garage to put your bike in - so no wories.

A value for money hotel that fits the budget.

The hotel is about 5-10 mins away (walkable) from Vlore beach and pubs/restaurants area. Another plus point for the hotel is that it has ample free parking spaces. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious. It had a nice balcony where we could sit and have coffee. The staff were great and very supportive.

Room facilities are minimal. There is no phone. We have to go to reception for any support. Our toilet did not have an exhaust fan, which made it stuffy. There is no running restaurant in the facility. Only breakfast is served with fixed menu. Hotel is a bit inside and the road is not tarred. However it is reachable and there are signboards.

Can be Excellent but ain't there yet

Staff was awesome. Always went out of the way to help. Neat and clean. Color theme very nice. Very spacious. Soft bed. I slept well. New hotel. They allowed us early check-in. We felt like guests at home.

This is a new property and has so many issues minor ones. Hope they pay attention and fix. Otherwise a good place to stay except for slightly uphill location. 1. No laundry. Had to give outside. 2. No Tea in breakfast and breakfast taste just ok 3. Switches in room not placed intelligently. Not easily accessible 4. No Sofa or couch in room. A basic stool. 5. No tissue box in room 6. No dust bin in room 7. Towel hangers in bathroom way far from shower. There's space inside shower area but no stand there 8. No 4G signal in the hotel but wifi is good 9. The lamp in the room has no electricity connection. And also it did not work. 10. Mirror placed in very awkward location 11. There was a safe but not fastened to the cupboard. I did not feel safe to keep my valuable inside as someone can pick up entire safe (it's small)

Two Bed Apartment

We had a fabulous stay in August. We had a two bed apartment on the top floor with beautiful mountain views on our large balcony. Staff could not have been any more helpful-always in hand, from bringing us an extra chair for the balcony to speaking to our taxi driver when he couldn’t find us. Location was great. Hidden away on the back roads so totally quiet and away from the main strip but an easy 5/10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

No complaints at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
