This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will be yours to enjoy with a private master bedroom and private master bath, two additional bedrooms, second full bath, a well appointed kitchen with granite countertops, and living and dining area. A total of 1250 square feet of space. Beautiful screened-in balcony overlooking conservation land. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Cable and WiFi included. Living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans and full curtains. Private no-cost laundry facilities inside the unit . Brand new tile flooring and updated kitchen and bathrooms make this an ideal place for your vacation - whether you are staying in and enjoying the resort, or going to the parks and coming back to relax.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and full use of all of the amenities of the resort.
We do not charge extra for up to 8 guests and there are no hidden or additional fees beyond what you see quoted.
We employ self check-in. You will be able to check into the unit at any time after 3pm on your day of arrival. Contact us for special instructions if you are checking in after 11pm.

We had a great stay at this property. We utilized the pool/hot area. Saw fireworks very close by on July 4th. It’s not right by the parks but close enough we went to Aquatica, Disney Springs and CityWalk. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay very spacious and loved the Disney decor. They provided everything we needed for toiletries, laundry pods and coffee. It was close to a Publix’s and several great restaurants. It’s a short ride to Disney and all attractions. We enjoyed some time at the pool. They are very accommodating and prompt answering any questions. We even left a couple items and they contacted us to ship them back to us. We are so grateful for that. I definitely recommend staying here.

When we had issues, we really appreciated the stellar communication with the owner and the property manager. Our issues were with the partying neighbors - they were so loud that our entire family was kept awake for two nights. It was not the fault of the owner or the property manager - but the floors and walls are not sound proof at all. The positives are resort location and layout of the condo. The washer and dryer were great too.
