Charming recently renovated terraced family house nestled in the heart of the globally renowned vineyards of Pessac-Léognan. Upstairs, it offers 3 independent bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilets. The ground floor features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace equipped with an insert, a laundry area, and a shower room with toilet facilities.
To enjoy outdoor meals, a table, chairs, and a large parasol are at your disposal.
Set amidst a wooded area predominantly consisting of oaks, pines, and chestnut trees over 5 hectares, you will relish the tranquility of the countryside just 25 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the Arcachon Bay. The superb market in the center of Léognan (on Saturdays) is only 3 minutes away and will delight your taste buds with its regional products.

We enjoyed our stay in the house, especially in the pool which provided great comfort during the heatwave. Communication with Nicholas was great, checkin and checkout pretty smooth. The house is nice and is located in a very pictureque setting between a forest and vines, however needs a bit more attention to the cleanliness and cluttering of spaces. Some amenities can also be improved, eg bedding towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our experience

Maison super bien placée. Il ne manquait rien. Bien aménagée. Nous avons pu séjourner prêt de nos enfants. Le plus une douche d appoint en plus de la sdb, bien utile.supérette à proximité. Un marché super le samedi à leognan. Je pense revenir.
Deux Bémols:
-un plancher qui craque, surtout quand vs avez à vs lever la nuit.

Le logement est très bien, correctement équipé et propre. Belle propriété mais voisins un peu bruyants
Nicolas a été très réactif mais personnellement je trouve que 95€de frais de ménage c'est un peu excessif ou alors il faut aller un peu plus loin dans le ménage.
Malgré tout nous reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion
