About this villa rental
Luxury villa and architect for 6 people completed in December 2018 in the immediate vicinity of the Indian Ocean, breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, 5 minutes from the lively center of Saint-Pierre and its lagoon, without vis-à-vis, calm, with nearly 170 m2 of useful surface.
Balinese-style interior and exterior atmosphere, facing the ocean, contemporary villa designed with luxury and refinement.

All teak furniture and decoration come directly from Bali and have been carefully designed and made to measure for this villa.
You will have:
- a large living room / lounge with direct ocean view of 35m2, allowing you to watch the flat screen TV of 140 cms, and a very wide choice of channels (fiber)
- a modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge), with a bar directly overlooking the veranda, the Indian Ocean, and the pool,
- three bedrooms, one with four-poster bed, comfortable, all air-conditioned, each with a large sliding integrated closet,
- two bathrooms equipped with spacious walk-in showers in stone, and double stone basins.
This sumptuous villa is also embellished with:
- a veranda (sheltered terrace) of 12 m2 with a breathtaking view of the ocean,
- a 20 m² terrace with sunbathing and parasol, and featuring a built-in barbecue ...
- a carport, and access to the property through a wide electric gate.

Rien à redire sur le logement. Propre, bien entretenu, bien situé et calme.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa. Les couchés de soleil y sont sublimes.
Petit bémol, l’arrivée se fait relativement tard (16h) et les départs très tôt 9h.
Autrement allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.

Magnifiques vacances face à l'océan Indien. La villa est très jolie, avec des matériaux nobles et très soignée. Les 3 chambres disposent de la climatisation et d'une vue mer. Le style Bali est présent partout. Tout simplement magnifique

Bien situé, belle vue, décoration soigné, propreté impeccable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, super gardien et personnes d’entretien, propriétaires réactif et arrangeant.

Villa trés agréable et conforme à la présentation. L'accueil a été parfait.
La maison est trés bien équipée, le linge de maison fourni.
Attention toutefois si vous ne supportez pas le bruit des vagues quand la houle est importante, le bruit est assez fort dans l'appartement.
Cela ne nous a pas empéché de passer une bonne semaine.
