This air conditioned two-bedroomed apartment is on the fourth floor, and is served by lifts. There is a full-time concierge and an English caretaker. The 'Blue-Flag' beach (with water sports, beach beds and brollies for hire) is just a few yards away, as are many restaurants and a children's play park. The sunny balcony has relaxing and dining facilities for four people. The fully equipped kitchen, the modern bathrooms and the spacious living area, with free WiFi and English TV, provide everything you might need, whether for a week or for a long let. Nice apartment near the sea and Paseo Maritimo. Sunny balcony with views to the sea and a park. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for living. Good interior design, large beds and cosy sofas. Air-to-air heat pump in every room was very useful.
The only negative points were a noisy renovation in the yard and a construction work of a new building close by.
One small improvement would be a hand-held blender in the kitchen.

Perfekt location by the beach and close to nice restaurants. Nice, clean apartment with large sunny terrass. Can really recommend it.
