Привітна хазяйка, зручне місцерозташування, наявність газової плитки
Відсутність опалення, про яке не повідомили. Був кондиціонер та обігрівач (який дуже погано працював), але в умовах відключення світла це не завжди був варіант для обігріву. Стан сильно втомлений, з запахом старечої квартири. В дуже поганому стані підлога на кухні, ванна. Маленький бойлер. Дуже економно до всього ставляться - лишили 1 початий рулон туалетного паперу на тиждень, в коробці сірників для плити - 2 згорілих сірники. Без світла не було можливості плиту включити. Довелось просити все - донесли. Прибрано було не дуже - на кахель чиєсь волосся залишилося Але на всі звернення відповідали швидко
