Very simple 2bed/1bath apartment which sits one block from Hadlock stadium, and only a hop skip and a jump to the Old Port (downtown Portland). Features a stunning modern kitchen with 2 fridges, hardwood floors in the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, memory foam mattress, and closet. Bathroom has new tile floor, granite top vanity and subway tiled surround in the shower.

We had a good stay and would stay here again. Location is great, close to Holy Donut (get the blueberry!), downtown and a nice park. It's no frills, as the listing says, but a comfy place to crash at the end of a day exploring.

This apartment is very minimal. Like anything it has pros and cons. Pros: The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean with a washer and dryer unit- if you needed it. Because it was on the third floor it was very hot without AC- but both units worked fine. It was nice to be able to park on the street.
Cons: The entry way was dirty littered with papers all over the floor. The mattress on one of the beds was like sleeping on a box spring. In the morning on the last day someone showed up to the apartment without warning to do maintenance- would have been nice to have been notified before.
Overall not a bad place to crash- but could use some updates.
