Očaril nás štýl interiéru domu už hneď po vstupe do domového schodiska. Dom je postavený v kvázi aristokratickom talianskom štýle, ktorý musí osloviť každého vyznavača estetiky. Zvláštnym bonusom je terasa s výhľadom do malej záhrady. feng shui tohoto miesta je výnimočné. To, že v pozadí stoja bytové domy z modernej éry už je vynútená danosť spojená s urbánnym rozvojom tejto časti mesta. Samotné miesto domu je čarovné.
Nemám dôvod rozpisovať sa k malým detailom, ktoré sa vždy nejaké nájdu. Vzdialenosť od centra je vyriešená ku spokojnosti autobusovým spojením, alebo sa človek môže výdatne prejsť.

Alles. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist wunderbar. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz hilft sehr, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in dem Viertel begrenzt sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Besonders möchten wir uns bei der Vermieterin für ihre liebevolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken! Sie ist großartig und war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Bus um die Ecke ist man öffentlich schnell in der Stadt oder auch in Miramare, Opicina oder Muggia! Wir haben das Auto die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht! Der Privatparkplatz ist toll!

Das Appartement war zauberhaft und strahlte vor Sauberkeit. Der Balkon war das i-Tüpfelchen!!! Und es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem recht zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Busverbindung ins Zentrum, die sehr oft fährt.
Ich habe im Schlafzimmer gefroren. Im Sommer wird das ein super Highlight sein. Aber mit einem warmen Pullover war es kein Problem.
