Mobile Homes Casapini in FKK Camping Solaris

It's a lovely and popular resort and our third visit! Extremely clean, people are friendly and feels safe. What more could you ask!

The bed was two single beds together with a big thin topper over the top which wasn't really comfortable and one of us would end up in the big gap created after drifting apart during the night. It became very annoying very quickly. There's a lovely sized decking area to sit out on but could do with a table like all the others around. There were only two deck chairs outside. We moved the tiny inside table to outside so we could sit out. We did cook two nights but you can only use one pan on the electric hob which leaves no room to prepare anything.

Tisch zum Essen viel zu klein, Tomate plus Staub unterm Bett bei Anreise, Preis für Sonnenliegen und Schirm, Kommunikation an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, Geschirr und Besteck nur noch Reste, Topf ohne Induktion zur Verfügung, aber nur Induktionsplatte vorhanden. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

The place itself was very nice and well built, reflected the pictures well. We did not understand it was inside a naturist camp, however the camp itself has plenty of facilities and good sea.

Staff and check-in was very unprofessional. Casapini staff itself was nice but the camping staff was extremely rude to us in more than one occasion. We arrived in the wrong camping by admittely our mistake, our internet was not working well so we wrote casapini on maps without checking it was casapini in the sister camping. However the camping reception sent us on a wild goose chase for our apartment, they even sent us to a flat that was already taken, before realising our reservation was for the sister camping (we showed them the booking from our e-mails when we arrived so they could have noticed). In all this process we got shouted at in a call from a representative complaining that it was very late and they have kids to care for, we asked whether late check-in was possible in advance of coming and they agreed, if they were against late check-in they should have said it in advance. Another day we came at 00:10 from dinner and the reception told us it was not possible to open the gates for our cars as the deadline for car gates was midnight. We asked more than once if they could make an exception as we were not told about this rule during check-in and they refused and let us walk back to our place alone (we are two solo women travelling and the roads inside the camping are very dark). Not happy about this situation the day after someone came to our apartment and scolded us saying we should read the rules in the map provided, we checked and in the map provided the rules actually said 2am, not that we read it but they were also wrongly written in the map. I appreciate this is a camping but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness of the camping staff was on another level.
