Everything about Beech Hill was incredible. Gorgeous architecture and interior design with great attention paid to small touches. Idyllic setting with walks and gloworms from the door. Minutes from lots to do and close to Coastal taste trail. Owner, Nic, was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Her ambassador, the pup Frankie, made my kids entire trip to New Zealand. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to one day return.

Location is excellent. Close to Nelson, Mapua and Kaiteriteri. Loved the forest around us. House was clean, it was actually bigger than how I imagined. Really cosy place and quiet. We had two dogs with us and they also had a great time. There are plenty of dog friendly walks close by, so again location is great Nic was very nice. She was there when we arrived and it was good to chat with her. She showed us in, gave us tips where to eat and go with the dogs. But also she has a folder with all the important information about her place and the area.
