Location, clean, safety

The parking was on the second floor I was on the third floor. No practical when you have little kids and groceries. Swimming pool was closed

Overall, the apartment is spacious and had all the amenities I needed for my stay.

1. The staff at Furnished Quarters were okay. It was hard to get straight answers to questions from them. The extension and booking process is a bit rigid. You have to always email, and when asking for the full price, they only provide the daily rate. It was like pulling teeth getting information from them, and they are in a different time zone, so there was a delay sometimes. 2. You have to send your ID, sign up for an account through a vendor, and sign a contract. I think Furnished Quarters deals with corporate companies, and I'm used to a quick and more effortless process like Airbnb. 3. There is a lot of noise coming from upstairs. You will probably hear stomping and running from kids and/or the adults in the apartment above you. It is very disturbing. I called and email the leasing office and Furnished Quarters, and the leasing office never responded. They also have a lot of bad reviews online. 4. The location of the apartment was near a busy door and sidewalk on the first floor. 5. The patio could use some pressure washing because of the cobwebs and dirt. 6. I found a few spiders and bugs in the apartment and had to buy bug spray. 7. Only one window, so the apartment is dark, which made for good sleeping. 8. The overall cleanliness of the apartment could use some improvement. There were small bugs, dirt, and spider webs in the corners of the living room. 9. Parking was a bit difficult to find to retrieve the keys and check-in.
