The apartment was lovely and the owner was amazing and very helpful and responsive. He carried our bags to and from the apartment and was really friendly. The location is amazing if you are able bodied as the old town is beautiful and there is lots to see and do.
Although the apartment was lovely, it was located at the top of the old town and is not accessible for people with disabilities, as there is either a staircase with 78 steps or fewer steps and slopes through the park. Any of the other access roads either have steps and/or slopes and are very steep.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen, die Stadt zum Bummeln, das Meer zum Baden, alles was man möchte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fabijan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Wenn man will kann man immer etwas finden aber ich meine es gibt nicht wirklich etwas zum aussetzen.

The location of the house is great, in the centre but quiet, beach in 3 min. Fabijan is is great host. He reserved us a place at the parking when we arrived which was very pleasant.
