Location was amazing, in the heart of Seville with walking distance to all touristic attractions. The property was in a newly renovated building

Location was perfect
Upon arrival to the airport, received a message from the manager informing that there is no warm water in the big apartment where 6 people would stay , leaving only one functional bathroom in the small apartment for 3 persons to serve the entire group of 9 persons. It was such a hassle to get settled for 4 nights, requiring to move to another apartment the next day and letting guests without water or any real solution for one full day. I was expecting refund of the first night for this trouble which of course didn’t happen. In addition, we agreed with the manager that we would leave the apartment where the warm water issue existed at noon so that cleaners came that time. What happened is that cleaners came to the apartment at 11 am and took all towels away, as a result 6 guests staying in that big apartment could not have a shower in the small apartment.
