Lugar simples, e tranquilo!! Bom custo benefício, bem localizado, boa opção para aproveitar a cidade em um final de semana.
Não tive nenhum problemas, mas, alerto que o quarto não tem ar-condicionado, somente ventilador e em época do calor o quarto ficará bemmm quente.

Localização, custo-benefício, conforto mínimo. Havia uma gatinha muito querida na varanda cuidando dos quartos. Coloquei ração pra ela todos os dias e ela é muito carinhosa e grata. Sugeri a proprietária a deixar um recadinho na parede para os hóspedes tratá-las com carinho e amor e alimentá-la (com ração) e água.
Não conseguimos acessar a TV e nem a internet. Havia um problema de mal contato na tomada/benjamim disponibilizada próximo à TV.

Minha percepção foi de abandono , ventilador estava quebrado e não foi trocado . Não oferecem sinal de internet! Não tem café da manhã e vão dizer que isso está na descrição do anúncio ! Não tem bancada pra sua mala . Matei 2 baratas no banheiro
