La ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro y de la playa. El dpto super cómodo y amplio, equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía. Fui en otoño y solo con la estufa de la habitación prendida ya era suficiente calefacción. Es seguro (tiene alarma y caja fuerte) y está a la vuelta de la comisaría. 10/10, pienso volver con mi pareja, amigos y/o familia próximamente porque fue una excelente experiencia.
No sé cómo será en verano respecto al calor porque no tiene aire acondicionado, pero en la pieza tiene ventilador de techo y hay uno de pie en el comedor.

Mi esposa y mis perritos (2caniches) dpto 1. Super limpio, amplio cómodo, super cerca del centro, la cama cómoda grande.
El estacionamiento si son muchos autos, tenes que maniobrar o lo podes dejar a fuera. Pero por la relación precio calidad esta genial.
