The property was convenient for visiting Scamander and St. Helens. It had a choice of walks within the property. The cottage was roomy for 3 guests, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
Except for one room which was fully carpeted and a small mat in another bedroom, the flooring was completely tiled. At the time of year, we visited (late April), it was very cold to walk on with bare feet. There was no heating in the kitchen dining although a portable heater in the single bedroom was available. Another lounge chair would have been useful for 3 people staying in the cottage.

Friendly hosts. Cost and welcoming cottage. Clean and affordable. Beautiful location. Central to all our chosen East Coast attractions. Best Worcestershire Sauce ever! And I bet the jams and ice cream are just as good!
